Villa Dante:
Villa Dante is a brand produced from selected vineyards in Tuscany. The wines are based on the local premier grape Sangiovese, with a Chianti and IGT style that includes a touch of Merlot. These are produced according to traditional regional methods, picking grapes at the peak of ripeness and crushing them almost immediately to ensure freshness and flavor.
Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

One of the best $12/$13 bottles I have in my cellar. Max I would pay is $14 in store.
