2005 Dancing Hares Mad Hatter Red Wine Napa Valley90ptsWS: "Complex, with rich, loamy earth, currant, dried berry and hints of sage, this gains body and traction midpalate and ends with a complex, mouthcoating, flavorful finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot."Premiering in the 2005 vintage, Dancing Hares on Howell Mountain is owned by Paula Brooks and Bob Cook, and has the formidable wine team of David Abreu, Andy Erickson and Michel Rolland growing and creating a pair of wines. Dancing Hares and second wine Mad Hatter are both red blends. Total production is fewer than 1000 cases. Quality is exceptionally high.
