Ok to drink, but tastes a bit like fruity vodka if it touches the sides of your toungue.
Color was deep purple with ruby tips. Nose: black cherry ,raspberry, oak, butter Med-light body; dry wine with medium tannins flavors: hints of spice - clove, pepper; black cherry ,raspberry. A little flabby but balanced Very enjoyable and smooth wine.
What a great red for drinking on the couch! It's got wonderful jammy flavours. It's missing some spice but I really enjoy it on it's own. Great value.

Entry-level Zin for anyone who wants to get their feet wet. A bit lighter and friendlier than most, this Zinfandel nonetheless shows varietally typical flavors of bramble and dark fruits. Its relatively muted tannins (for a Zin, that is) make it an extremely versatile food wine.
