- A completely Australian take on cabernet sauvignon - not in terms of ripeness or blunt fruitiness but for the distinct flavor profile of the grape grown in the high-altitudes of Victorias Pyrenees. The flavors extend beyond savory rich black plum to a harvest of tree fruit as if theres some aromatic pear if not peach wrapped in black plum skin. The finish keeps giving with a fountain of black fruit a lasting tannic plumminess that reveals the power of this supple young wine.
