Dalton Shiraz Upper Galilee Oak Aged Estate Bottled 2010

External Review:

The Dalton family used to blend this Shiraz with other red grapes to make a blend. Since 2003, though, they've continually decided to bottle this on its own since the juice has just gotten better and better. This is juicy, minty and full of soft tannins.
