Dalla Valle Cabernet Sauvignon 1997
Dalla Valle Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with a small amount of Cabernet Franc and is aged in 50% to 60% new French oak barrels. This wine consistently exhibits impressive structure and velvety berry flavors vintage after vintage. The first vintage produced was in 1986. A classic Napa Valley Cabernet.
Consistently one of the great wines in Napa Valley, but often overlooked for the main stream wines like harlan bryant and colgin. I would take as much Maya for my cellar as it seems to be one of the only wines in the Napa Valley that will age appropriately for the price point.
