Dacu 2010

External Review by Prestige Wine & Spirits:

The 2010 Dacu spent four months in stainless steel tank as well as two months in French oak. An unexpected surprise in my tastings, it exhibits terrific wild berry/Zinfandel-like fruit, pepper, earth and roasted herb characteristics. Richly fruity, pure and heady, it is best consumed over the next 2andndash;3 years.

Bright ruby. Pretty, floral-accented aromas of raspberry, mocha and smoky herbs. Smooth, velvety and gently sweet, with bright acidity lifting juicy red fruit flavors. Supple and approachable wine with good finishing clarity and a hint of jamminess.
