Today, some Super Tuscan are among the most recognized and sough-after wines in the world. The Da Vinci Sto Ippolito is an Ultra Premium Super Tuscan consisting of 50% Syrah and 50% Merlot. It is deep scarlet red in color with flavors of red fruit, vanilla, black pepper, spice and toasty oak.
