I normally like Carmenere wines but this falls horribly flat at the end. Tasted at Geneva wine tasting 4/18/2010.

Nice Chardonnay a little more 'toasty' on the back than I wanted...but I do want to try this again

i am lost to as why it is described as a 'dessert' wine. not at all, but a solid, dinner wine.

Complex, red fruit and cherry yields to prune with a backdrop of oak. Finishes with slight chalk. Tannins are well structured but slightly overbearing. Melliws well with some air to make a fine table wine.

Consistently an amazing wine. this one is a little young, but based on the track record of the wine, I am sure will show its stuff in a few years.

In der Nase attraktiv und sehr intensive Aromen wie Früchte, schwarzer Pfeffer und Gewürze. Im Gaumen überzeugt er durch aussergewöhnliche Konzentration. Ein herrlicher Wein mit einem langen Finish.

This unique five-grape blend is deep and succulent, with pastry, berry jam and cassis aromas. It's thick but carries enough acidity to be balanced just right. Tastes of baked blackberry, chocolate, mocha and licorice. Rich and sticky on the finish, but not gooey or cloying. Drink now through 2013; Carmenère with Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. A dark, toasty style, delivering broad notes of smoke, spice cake and melted licorice coating macerated blackberry, cassis and kirsch fruit character. Fine tannins add needed support to the long finish. Carmenère, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot. Drink now through 2013. 448 cases made. -JM

Alluring toast aroma, with elegant pear tartine, honey and fig notes and a full, juicy finish. Nicely done. Drink now.

A touch creamy and fat on the bouquet, but backed by peach and tangerine flavors that sing of ripeness. Finishes scouring and tangy, but incredibly fresh.

"Casa Lapostolle Chardonnay 2008 wine is bright light yellow with subtle lime notes. Its nose has expressive aromas of tropical fruit and sweet citrus fruit. It contains touches of honeycomb and elegant sweet spices which add an extra layer of complexity. The palate is of good volume and density
