Add your reviewI want to like this. We have been drinking a lot of Malbecs and Cupcake is a nice cheap wine variety. First bottle of three and nothing to write home about. It is drinkable, just not going to convince anyone to try a Malbec based on experiencing this.

Cupcake Vineyards is a new concept, producing great value varietal wines from the regions they grow the best. This is their latest release, a 2009 Malbec from Argentina. The grapes are sourced from vineyards at 2,400 feet of elevation in Mendoza, and the Cupcake winemaker traveled there to oversee the selection and produce the wine on site. Careful use of oak aging adds a complex smokey note to the deep black plum and ripe cherry fruit. An everyday steal!
