Our Dry Riesling is bold, with the luscious aromas and flavors of grapefruit, pineapple and nectarine. We maintained a regimen of stirring the wine on its lees to add a creamy mid palate and long subtle finish. True to form, this wine finishes with length and leaves one wanting another glass. Enjoy with Asian cuisine, shellfish risotto, or a spicy chicken tagine.
A bit of a punch on the nose, with sweet aromas. Overpoweringly sweet, creamy, with a touch of acidity on the finish.
Fresh stone fruit and lemon on the fairly strong nose. The body has more of a syrupy melon feel with good acidity and some sweetness on the finish. Detectable canned peaches. Really easy to drink, mom-friendly.
not really that dry by my standards but a nice mouth feel and floral nose

Cupcake Riesling starts off with a nose that shows hints of ripe honeydew and lemon chiffon. It fills the palate with the flavors of creamy lemons, bright citrus fruits and just a hint of sweetness. Broad and full-bodied, it finishes with a zesty thirst quaffing zing that leaves the imbiber wanting another glass. It is reminiscent of a lemon cream cupcake.
