Food Pairings for Cupcake Dry Rose
The grapes for this delightful Rosé was harvested at optimal maturity, directly pressed and then cold settled. Each varietal went through a separate cold vinification between 52°F to 62°F. After fermentation, the grapes were placed in stainless steel barrels and were blended prior to bottling.
Our Dry Rosé comes from the finest vineyards of the Côtes de Provence region in southern France, where the grapes are delicately fermented in stainless steel.
