Cumulus Merlot Orange Climbing 2008

Member Review by Anarchangel:

Deep red colour. Fruity, vanilla nose. Raspberry, a bit of cherry, some vanilla on the palate. Not much tannin. I poured it through an aerator and I'm drinking it with a pasta in tomato sauce with hot Italian sausages. It stands up will to the spiciness of the sausage. Much better than I was expecting for the price!

Cute label, the taste isn't bad...it did give me a headache the next morning though and that was no good.

Intensive Fruchtaromen, viel Brombeer und feine Himbeer-Aromatik. Elegant, geprägt von dichten Tanninen und intensiver, anhaltender Fruchtnote am Gaumen.
