The wine expresses Malbec's exceptional concentration with a soft, supple texture.
What happens when a bunch of Chileans come over the Andes to Argentina to make wine? Actually, they do a darned good job. Behind a splendidly funky bouquet of eggplant and mushroom, there’s an earthy flavor punctuated by an acidic note of red currant. A very savory, not exactly generous, but uncompromising wine.
