Crozes-Hermitage 'Les Meysonniers'Ac M. Chapoutier Tain Ecocert Frankreich Côtes du Rhône Septentrionale Chapoutier Michel 2001

Winemaker's Notes:

"This superbly concentrated, full-bodied, multidimensional wine coats the palate with glycerin and sweet fruit. There is not a hard edge to be found, but wow, what intensity and length. The 2001 should turn out to be another legendary effort...95." WA 2/04.

M. Chapoutier:
The name CHAPOUTIER is present in the Rhône Valley since 1808. In 1879, the distant ancestor Polydor CHAPOUTIER was the first to begin to buy vines, thus moving from the status of wine-grower of an estate to that of a viticulturist, a wine producer and a businessman. The pioneering spirit was already present in the family.
