Produced using hand-harvested fruit from carefully selected vineyards within the Sonoma Coast appellation, CrossBarn Chardonnay offers structure and weight in balance with pure concentrated fruit. Whole-cluster, direct to press 80% fermented in tank, 20% neutral French oak barrels Native and selected yeasts. 100% malolactic fermentation. Unfined. Pale yellow in color, this refreshing chardonnay is fragrant with white flowers, pear and citrus. The mouth-filling palate opens with crisp flavors of Fuji apple, white peach and lemon blossoms. Layers of mineral and citrus notes and a touch of vanillin grace a crisp, racy finish.

This unfined bottling provides a more raw look at Chardonnay, and it doesn't disappoint. Intriguing aromas of peach, melon and lemon. Palate still has a bit of dissolved carbon dioxide, giving a bit of lift to the wine. It's creamy and yeasty, with peach, lemon zest and a long finish.
