Delicious fresh wild cherry at the beginning, and more complex dark berries with some wooden hints at the end. Smooth, jelly, just a bit sweet, perfectly balanced.
One of the wines included in the Virgin Wines first shipment. Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre the first French wine since I became more interested in wines..I decanted the bottle before drinking it. First impression was very positive. Very nice nose and the big taste I enjoy. A fairly long finish. Definitely a wine I would buy again especially at the $14-15 price.
