Croix de Margaux 2005

Member Review by ttutony:

Decanted for over an hour before tasting. Straightforward dark fruit on the nose with some oak initially. Later, toast emerged in the bouquet. The taste is very fruit-forward and fairly concentrated on the palate. Nice tannins that aren't too overpowering despite the relative youth of this wine. I suspect this wine will develop more complexity with further time spent in the bottle.
