Croix de Labrie 2011

Winemaker's Notes:

93 Points, Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate: One of St.-Emilion’s most hedonistically and lavishly endowed/ extravagant wines is a big-time winner. Unfortunately, the production from proprietor Puzio is minuscule. The 2011 exhibits exotic black cherry and black raspberry fruit intermixed with spice aromas that resemble a Northern Rhone such as Cote Rotie. The complexity of the aromatics at this stage was surprising. Medium to full-bodied with luscious fruit and a silky, suave, savory finish... 04/14 {Only 250 cases produced}
