Cristalino Rosé NV
Beautiful scents of raspberry and cherry on the nose with fresh, clean strawberry and cherry flavors in the mouth, and a consistent bead. The finish is clean and crisp and invites another sip. An excellent match for fried appetizers such as calamari or light desserts such as creme brulee. It is also excellent on its own or with fresh fruit.
aromas of raspberries, candied cherries and dough, the palate offers some red apples, crisp and easy drinking
Tart cherry on the nose. This is a well priced sparkler (i saw it had won a value award from Wine and Spirits Magazine). Its fairly plain, and doesnt offer too much complexity, but seriously for less than $10 what is there to complain about.
Three and a half glasses

All the Cristalino cavas are “metodo tradicional”; the rose is especially interesting; aromatic and flavorful with hints of strawberry and cherry; not totally dry; great for brunch.
A juicy rosé cava, loaded with ripe cherry, blackberry and currant fruit, all framed by lively acidity. A good aperitif. Drink now.
A vinous version, showing an array of ground spices, with well-meshed flavors of sun-dried cherry, macerated plum, toasted almond and subtle balsamico. Lively, with a creamy bead. Drink now.

A moussy, creamy, fresh and light Champagne, with velvet apples and cream character. There is a touch of citrus, but this so-fruity wine is lively and instantly delicious.
