Food Pairings for Cristalino Brut Cava
Toast for sure on the nose. Definite apples, like when you cut an apple and leave it out and it just starts to turn brown... that's what this reminds me of. Not terribly complex but I digg this and I'm not a huge fan of the bubbles. Awesome buy for the price. 6 to 7 dollars and better than any champagne I've had.
for the price, this is a great aperitif wine.
Love this sparkling for everyday drinking. Toast, apple, fresh and inexpensive. We drink all the time. For the price definately worth keeping at least one bottle or two on hand. Give it a 4 because of the value.
Very nice brut cava for the inexpensive cost.
This is the best low-price sparkler I have found. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on the bottle you get) there is not a lot of consistency bottle to bottle. But that said, if you're looking for a low-price this is your best bet.
easily a best value in bubbly.
great bubbly for a large party. i've found it for 6.99 at some wine shops down here in SoCal. very nice for the price, but remember, that ain't much.

This soft, fruit forward Cava has a lovely nose of apples, toast & cinnamon. There are rich flavors of ripe apples & figs with a clean citrus finish. Simple and fun, this is a great aperitif.

Tastes rich, with vanilla and honey framing peach and citrus flavors. It's all nicely balanced and lingering on the finish. Drink now.
Straw color, smooth and fresh aromas; fine and fruity palate with a dry aftertaste. Clean, dry and crisp with citrus and apple flavors.
No it's not hugely complex, but it's fresh and lively, with lime and herb aromas, tart green apple flavors and a zippy finish. Simple, but bouncy and clean.
