Around this, there are layers of fresh apples, lime zest and a tight, taunt structure. Give it 4-5 years.Wine Tasting NotesAppearance: Brilliant yellow with light amber highlights. A beautiful mousse with fine cordon of persistent and regular bubbles.Nose: Intense and delicate.
