Der Cabernet Crios zeigt eine schöne purpurrote Farbe, in der Nase dominieren Aromen von schwarzen Beeren und reifen Pflaumen, ebenfalls schmeckbar ist die geröstete Vanille, Pfeffer, und Kakao. Der Wein ist gut strukturiert mit reifen, pfeffrigen Tanninen und einem fruchtbetonten, mittellangen und weichen Abgang.

Big and woody to start, with heavily toasted blackberry and herbal aromas. The palate is thick, dense and tannic, but it doesnandrsquo;t punish. Tastes of cassis, blackberry and herbs before transitioning to dry oak and roasted berry on the finish.

The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon contains 5% Malbec in its blend. It was aged for 9 months in seasoned French and American oak before bottling without fining or filtration. Notions of Asian spices, incense, violets, black currant, and blackberry set the stage for a slightly lean, savory, flavorful Cabernet meant for drinking over the next 3–4 years.

Medium ruby-red. Aromas of cassis, licorice and dried herbs accented by a peppery element. Moderately sweet and nicely creamy in the mouth, with a saline complexity to the chewy plum and currant flavors. Very suave cabernet sauvignon for the price range, finishing with fine-grained tannins that reach the front teeth and lingering notes of currant, plum, flowers, spices and licorice. (A second sample, which I rated 88 points, was a bit more medicinal and showed a stronger herbal element that gave the finish a slight dryness.)

It is purple-colored with a classy nose of cigar box, cassis, black currant, and violets. Medium-to full bodied, it has excellent depth, savory flavors, ripe tannin for balance, and a lengthy, fruit-filled finish.
