Crinella Sauvignon Blanc Russian River Valley Marino Vineyard 2006
All Crinella Wines are produced from grapes grown exclusively in our own vineyards. We create our wines by hand, and use only grapes grown in our own vineyards in order to maintain the utmost level of quality and consistency, as well as the unique characteristics of our outstanding Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc and Russian River Valley Pinot Noir.
Crinella Wines are handcrafted, gold medal winning wines from the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County. The wines are made from the grapes grown in our vineyards which are hand tended throughout the growing season. Great wines start in the vineyard and I am out each day to look after the vines to see that our wine is the best possible.
Snap up any of this you can; this is not a traditional SB. It is Extraordinary.
I stumbled across this winery recently, & can see why they have won so many Gold Medals- Including the San Francisco International Wine Competition. Well Done.
There's a wine store by my house called the Wine Press and the gentleman who runs it is a walking Wikipedia about wine. I really love St.Suprey & Cakebread and he doesn't carry those so he turned me onto this and couldn't have been happier. The one thing that really stood out was the melon notes. Gorgeous finish. Perfect summer wine.

Exceptional, Crinella does it again.
I tasted this a few weeks ago; bar none exceptional. The 05 is still holding up very nice.
