This wine is distinguished by its a deep red colour and a nose of almond and violet notes. It has a full, velveteen mouth feel, with vivid prunes and cherry pit tints, the result of aging in oak barrels. The 2005 Cabernet harvest was selected by Cricova oenologists to produce this prestige colection wine. To be served at room temperature (+16°-+18°С) accompanied by complex, spicy meat dishes like fried, grilled or stuffed with vegetables pork, lamb or veal, with various piquant sauces, cutlets, goulash, beafstroganoff, spaghetti with aromatic meat sauces, game etc, as well as by hard noble cheese varieties.
