i agree, drank the same wine yesterday, but of 2006, the taste still lingers on my tongue.
Unctuous and voluptuous, oaky but without stifling the red fruits, the dark chocolate and with a memorable long finish. Tannins are soft and tamed, and the high alcohol content leaves a nice all-around-your-tongue warmth. For the price I paid (14.99) I give it max points. Highly recommended.
