I had the 2004 Tatto Cabernet last night. Let breath for about 2.5 hrs. A very nice dark chocalate nose and initial taste in this wine. Nice dark fruit (blackberry?) finished with a pleasant tannin taste at the end, just enough to taste in the back of your throat. 4stars, I will get this again.

Very good. This vineyard is 1200 ft. above sea level. It's unusually dry for a Napa cab, it doesn't taste sweet or fruity at all, rather it has a very bold character with a long smooth finish. 93/100

A rare and exciting Napa Valley Cabernet, this single vineyard wine is from a Mountainside vineyard at 1,200 feet elevation, just 200 feet outside of the Howell Mountain appellation. The Maroon Vineyard for years now, has been providing grapes to the Joseph Phelps winery for their flagship wine, Insignia. That’s the kind of quality this vineyard produces. Crauford is the only other Cab produced from these grapes and it’s 100% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 24 months in French oak barrels (40% new). Full-bodied and deeply concentrated this wine shows the purity and distinction of mountain grown fruit. On sale for a limited time, grab it while you can. *Wine Spectator Rating for the 2005 Napa Cabernet Vintage: 95 <small>not sponsored by or affiliated with The Wine Spectator or The Wine Advocate.<small>Terms & Conditions : Pay only $0.99 per bottle Standard UPS Ground Shipping on Crauford, Maroon Vineyard 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley. After we were all sold out we had so many requests that we begged the winery to release just a few more cases from their library. Grab it before it’s gone. *Wine Spectator Rating for the 2004 Napa Cabernet Vintage: 95 not sponsored by or affiliated with The Wine Spectator or The Wine Advocate.

Winemaker's Notes:

Tasting notes: Taste the mountain-grown fruit in the delicious flavor of ripe red cherries along with hints of milk chocolate and violet. Smooth tannins and fine balance make it an elegant companion at the dinner table. This was attributed to the winemaker, but not confirmed.
