Cranswick Estate Shiraz 2007 is 100% Shiraz, with yields kept at 4 to 5 tons per acre to maintain maximum fruit concentration. Fermented on lightly toasted French oak to integrate soft oak flavours. Stored in new French oak for 4 months prior to bottling. Cranswick Estate Shiraz 2007 is a medium bodied, deep red wine packed with blackberry and autumnal fruit. Typically Australian this bold Shiraz shows enticing black pepper and hints of spice gently cloaked in soft tannins. Enjoy on its own or serve with rich red meats or mature hard cheeses. 14% Vol
