Winemaker's Notes:

Ruby-like, bright, fruity with black plum and blackberry aromas and flavors. Flavorful with good fruit balance. Cassis overtones with raspberry hints.

To me, this is a recognizably not-quite-dry-enough California wine, but it's sufficiently concentrated and it has a lovely flavor. I really like it. I got it at Publix for $6 and then I looked for more of it. It's easy and it tastes very nice. It's just a little sweet, though--like 98% of CA wines.
