Wow! What a find. A serious, yet bright and sparkling effervescence enraptures with a heady nose of brioche, apple/pear butter and undercurrents of pineapple upside-down cake. The mouth is captivating and takes over with sturdy, precise flavors of bread dough, almond cookies and dried apricot. A delicious infusion of quince paste and cookie dough scampers about the mid- and back palate and the overall luscious package persists with a firm acidity and a tapering toast and pear/marzipan finish. Any serious bubblehead's fantasy.

An intense golden Champagne based on Chardonnay and a terrific value in Grand Cru, vintage bubbly. The nose offers notes of earth, honey, raw mushroom, nuts, and mineral. The bead is fine and somewhat mellowed by time. Dry and complex.

This 1er Cru Champagne is made in a fresh and friendly style, highlighting notes of bright orchard fruits accented by a light yeastiness and a slight minerality on the finish. This full-bodied wine should ideally be served with food (think white meat and cream sauces – even chicken pot pie), though it is a pleasure to enjoy all on its own. No doubt this NV will flourish with age yet is drinking wonderfully today.

An intense golden Champagne of 100% Chardonnay is a blend of 2004 and 2005 harvests and is a terrific value in Grand Cru, vintage bubbly. The nose offers notes of earth, honey, raw mushroom, nuts, and mineral. Dry and complex.Excellent as aperitif and to accompany dishes such as lemon flavoured scallops and sole or a carpaccio of salmon.
