- This wine has benefited from aging six months in contact with the fine leas. It is a tasty wine with plenty of fruit and purity. The lack of oak aging allows the taste of pure Chardonnay fruit character. From the first chardonnay vines planted in Chile, comes this medium bodied, dry white wine packed with flavors of pineapple and quince, framed with an elegance stemming from the wonderful balance of fruit and oak. This wine displays pure, fresh chardonnay fruit making it a perfect accompaniment to fish, chicken, and cheese. Salud!
