Coto de Imaz Rioja Riserva 2010

Member Review by EMark:

Lovely dark purple color. Weedy, earthy nose. Nice subtle (i.e., very light) fruit—raspberry, plum—on entry. Quite smooth—no tannin to speak of. Moderate acid—at least enough to keep it interesting. Clearly, not the most complex wine you’ll ever have, but, gosh, this is SO EASY to drink. I’m noshing on some pieces of Manchengo cheese right now, and everything is great. Great QPR at $15.
