These qualities are partly the result of the diversity of altitude and orientation of the eight Clos de l'Obac vineyards, all of which are sited around the town of Gratallops.
The "coupage" is of five grape varieties of which those from more than fifty year old Garnacha and Cariñena vines are the most important.
