July 2008
A rich, traditional Barolo made by small Bussia producer Costa di Bussia. All of Costa di Bussia's vineyards are fittingly in the Bussia cru. The wines are vinified in the traditional manner with three years cask aging. Lush rose, violet and tar aromas and a robust red fruit core typical of great Nebbiolo. A wine suited to cellaring, be sure to open it an hour before serving with beef, game, truffels or blue cheese.Pair With: Beef, Black Truffles, Game, Veined Cheese
