Cosentino Winery Pinot Noir Sonoma 2006
It sat for a year and was delightfully bright and refreshing when I drank it. I would recommend it to share with friends who don't typically enjoy red wine as it was a bit reminiscent of a blush. Fruity and delicious.

Light ruby core with a faint pink rim. Cooler climate Pinot notes of earth and herbal fruits. Red cherry on the palate. Soft and round with nice acid on the finish. Mike Supple. A Pinot Noir wine from California in USA. 2006 Cosentino Winery Pinot Noir Sonoma County 750ml
Wine Tasting NotesThis medium full-bodied wine has a youthful front with spice notes that are met with intense rhubarb, cherry and pomegranate. Spice and vanilla is followed by leather and earth notes. This Pinot has a more Burgundy-like structure and is framed by young tannis.
