Cosentino Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2006
Although varietally Cabernet Sauvignon, this unusual wine is a Bordeaux style blend that is composed of three Bordeaux varietals. Many of the lots were punch cap fermented in one-ton bins between 7-11 days. Small lots were tank fermented. Each was barrel aged separately in primarily French oak for 32 months. Composition: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc, 14% Merlot.
Another big and bold cab.
