Cosentino Chardonnay Legends California(2005)

The wine was fermented in stainless steel with a long, slow cold fermentation to capture the pure essence of the Chardonnay from the vineyard. 88% was aged on the lees in tank while only 12% was barrel aged. The wine has not undergone malolactic fermentation. It retains all of it natural acidity.
California Over 90% of the grapes come from the Stewart Vineyard on isolated Ryer Island in the Suisun Bay of Solano County. The Legends Chardonnay is unique in for an ultra premium of this varietal.
