Food Pairings for Corvo Nero d'Avola Sicilia
Colour: lively ruby-red with garnet red highlights. Aroma: intense, complex, fruity, with a scent of morello cherry, airy and pleasant. Flavour: dry, full, pleasantly winey, balanced, full-bodied and persistent.

Produced in Sicily, three indigenous grapes (Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese and Pignatello) are used to make this red wine. Together these grapes result in a wine that has a fruity aroma and a touch of minerality and soft tannins on the palate.
