Pale yellow in color with definite bright, greenish tints. Subtle, delicate, slightly fruity and noble bouquet. The taste is fresh, harmonious and dry with a strong personality. Ideal to serve with soups, legumes and vegetables; excellent with hor doeuvers and fish dishes in general.
