Food Pairings for Cortes de Cima Vinho Regional Alentejano Reserva
Dark inky purple with a nose of pure violets, rose petals, black licorice, chocolate and stewed red fruits. On the nose, this a brooding wine, something you want to savor with a roasted lamb or braised duck. In the mouth, it shows great acidity, silky tannins and a round mouthfeel which glides off your tongue leaving a full bouquet of flowers and blueberrys in its place. Perfumy and fresh on the palate with lots of dark grapey flavors. It's a keeper!
