Winemaker's Notes:

Veneto's Eiswein: aged for less time than the Amarone and in smaller 118 litrebarrels to give a bristlingly pure wine, the nose fabulously redolent ofintensely packed blackberries and their pips; the palate so lively, so agile,so pure yet at the same time rich (123 grams of dry extract) and intenselysweet (86 grams of residual sugar). Such brilliant poise, the alcohol inperfect balance. Drinking now till 2018, especially with the finest trinitariochocolate! (David Berry Green, BBR Buyer)
