Core Red Blend California Wine 2005
2005 Core Red Blend "The deep ruby-hued 2005 Core Red, a blend of 40% Grenache, 33% Syrah, and 27% Mourvedre, displays a big, sweet perfume of Provencal herbs, cherries, raspberries, and notions of pepper and blueberries. This is a complex, Cotes du Rhone-styled wine to drink over the next 2-4 years. These are all creative, individualistic wines that reveal considerable soul and character. One has to admire the wacky art on the label as well as the non-conformist blends. Most important from a consumers perspective, the wines are very interesting and deliver loads of pleasure. All of them possess terrific aromatics." Wine AdvocateThis is a California Wine
