Winemaker's Notes:

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red with a persistent aroma of dried fruit, leather and spice. Its flavour is soft and fully bodied with ripe fruit (prunes) and soft tannins. Percentage Grape: 70% Negroamaro, 10% Montepulciano, 10% Malvasia Nera, 10% Sangiovese. Vinification Method: Fermented with selected yeasts on the skins for 6 days at a controlled temperature of 26°C. The wine is then aged in large oak casks for 6 months and 18 months in stainless steel. Alcohol Percentage: 13 % Cork Material: natural cork
