Food Pairings for Copain Roussanne Paso Robles James Berry Vineyard
Copain is located on a hillside just off Eastside Road in Windsor, with a sweeping view of the Russian River Valley below. Yet, interestingly, Copain makes no Russian River wines, concentrating instead on vineyards from Mendocino and the Central Coast. This superb Rhone Ranger white comes from a vineyard in Paso Robles. Expensive but worth the plunge.
