Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

The fruit for this wine is sourced exclusively from our Strathbogie Vineyards, well recognised for its suitability to the variety. Pale in colour with flashes of green, this pure expression of the great white grape offers enticing aromas of peach, tropical fruits and hints of citrus characters with spicy undertones. The palate is deliciously full. Crafted from grapes grown on a sunny plateau, the wine exhibits a balanced structure with some fruit sweetness and finishes with a crisp, dry, lingering finish.

The palate is deliciously full. Crafted from grapes grown on a sunny plateau the wine exhibits a balanced structure with some fruit sweetness and finishes with a crisp dry lingering finish. This is pure summer in a bottle and would be a delightful complement to a fresh mango summer salad.
