Cooralook Chardonnay Mornington Peninsula 2008

Winemaker's Notes:

WINEMAKER'S NOTES Pale in color with flashes of green this pure expression of the great white grape offers enticing aromas of peach tropical fruits and hints of citrus characters with spicy undertones. The palate is deliciously full. Crafted from grapes grown on a sunny plateau the wine exhibits a balanced structure with some fruit sweetness and finishes with a crisp dry lingering finish. This is pure summer in a bottle and would be a delightful complement to a fresh mango summer salad.

90 Points - Wine Spectator"Bright and tart, with lime- and quince-accented apple and pear flavors that linger on the lively finish, hinting at mineral as the finish lasts and lasts. Drink now through 2016. 5,000 cases made."
