Aged in Missouri oak for 2 months. Hint of green apple, very fruity! Just the right amount of oak flavor.

- I think shampoo whenever I see Vidal. . . anything - but apparently Vidal Blanc is anything but. On the nose I get this apple cidery aroma that is almost beer like. There is hints of toasty oak as well that lead into banana peel. Wow! On the palate the toasty oak flavors might mask some of the fruit trying to come through, but there is still a pleasant ripe banana flavor with a light mouth feel.

- An interesting nose of banana and toast. Upon tasting, these sensations morph into slightly spicy banana toast (that's slightly burnt) amalgamation.
