Winemaker's Notes:

Colour: Upon release this wine was almost water-white in the glass. The colour will slowly deepen with age. Bouquet: Young Sauvignon Blanc at its vibrant best. A gorgeous herbal lift backed by passionfruit and nectarine along with an intriguing bubblegum lift. Palate: A lovely balance between refreshing acidity, intense fruit and great richness.
