Pinot in a savory mode, this elegant red has a smoky scent with hints of raspberries, wild strawberries and violets. Its red fruit flavor has a lean feel and a nice tannic bite to set against plank-roasted salmon.
Winemaker's Notes - Our No sulfite added, Organic Pinot Noir. Dark forest fruit and dark chocolate on the nose. The creamy mouthfeel opens up to bright fruit, vanilla, licorice and dark chocolate on the palate and finishes with well integrated round acidity and rounded tannin. A pure expression of our terroir.
