User Reviews for Cooper Mountain Vineyards Pinot Noir Willamette Valley Cooper Hill
Add your reviewThis organic wine had a light color. It tasted fairly sharp and sour with a warm finish. There was some lemon, cherry, and strawberry. It seemed a little immature.
Did not like this wine. It tasted like a warm sour fruit tart of mixed fruit, strawberry, tart cherry, maraschino cherry. It was light and almost fizzy. I would not buy it again.
Light bodied, cheerful sipper with lots of cherry and a bit of red raspberry in the aromas and flavors. Biodynamic, limited production wine. Was fantastic with BBQ, and it would be great for this in the summer. NB: notched rating up a bit because after a day on the counter with the cork in it (no preservative) this tasted considerably richer. I think it's still awfully young. Perhaps hold for 8-12 months or more?
