Smooth slightly spicy Oregon Pinot. Really Really Good!
Let it breathe before finishing the bottle
This is an interesting wine. Beautiful color, and at first sip there is a lightness in the mouth feel, the next perception is mineral, the next fruit, the last a somewhat more bitter mineral. Not negative, and I do like that this is certified organic, yet it is a little more mineral than I typically prefer.
